1 cup of organic coconut milk/ unsweetened almond milk/ organic goats milk, its your smoothie.

2 teaspoons of organic moringa powder

 

Steps to make the pineapple weight loss smoothie

Step 1:

place the 1 cup of freshly cut organic pinapple into the smoothie maker, next the organic banana, now add the milk of your choice, then add the organic moringa powder.

step 2:

Blend the ingredients for 30 seconds or until smooth enough for your liking.
