Banana, Apple, Avocado, Spinach, and Goat Milk Smoothie!

 

Here is a quick and recipe for a spinach, banana, apple, avocado, and goat milk smoothie!

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach leaves
1 ripe banana
1 apple, cored and chopped
1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and chopped
1 cup goats milk

Instructions:

  1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a clean towel. Remove any tough stems or veins.
  2. Peel the ripe banana and chop it into small pieces.
  3. Core the apple and chop it into small pieces. You can leave the skin on if you prefer.
  4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Chop the avocado into small pieces.
  5. Add the spinach, banana, apple, and avocado to a blender.
  6. Pour the goat milk over the ingredients in the blender.
  7. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more goat milk or water to thin it out.
  8. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or texture to your liking. You can add a drizzle of honey or a pinch of salt if desired.
  9. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. You can garnish with a few extra spinach leaves or slices of apple if you like.
