Ingredients:
1 cup spinach leaves
1 ripe banana
1 apple, cored and chopped
1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and chopped
1 cup goats milk
Instructions:
- Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a clean towel. Remove any tough stems or veins.
- Peel the ripe banana and chop it into small pieces.
- Core the apple and chop it into small pieces. You can leave the skin on if you prefer.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Chop the avocado into small pieces.
- Add the spinach, banana, apple, and avocado to a blender.
- Pour the goat milk over the ingredients in the blender.
